The Warehouse Apartments Floor Plans

The Warehouse offers four basic floor plans; the ‘A,’ ‘B,’ ‘C', and 'S' plan. For residents who desire more privacy and limited roommates, the ‘A plan,’ has two bedrooms and one expansive bath. The ‘B plan’ is designed for those who want just the opposite. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, life in this layout is not likely to have many dull moments! The ‘C plan offers a happy medium between the two—three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ‘S plan’ provides a comfortable studio apartment with full amenities. In addition, we also offer fourth-floor penthouse apartments, with stunning 10’ high ceilings and 7’ high windows. Anyone living in these apartments will truly feel on top of the world, and will have a fantastic view to accompany it.

The Factory Apartments Floor Plans

The Factory offers 3 Basic floor plans - the ‘S’, ‘A’ and ‘B’ plans; along with 3 very unique and stylized floor plans - the ‘Loft’, ‘Corner Studio’ and ‘Glass Unit’. As with The Warehouse, the S plan is a studio apartment with one spacious living space and full amenities. The A plan is a one bedroom, one bathroom home with ample space and privacy. The B plan is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. With an open floor plan and island kitchen, this unit offers plenty of space to call home.

The Factory also offers 3 very unique floor plans that you will simply have to see to believe. ‘The Loft’ is a two story, one bedroom, one and a half bathroom apartment. Boasting an open kitchen and a window spanning the entire two floors – floor to ceiling – loft residents find they are the envy of their friends. The ‘Glass Unit’ is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment that is so named because of the glass walls in the bedroom. That’s right…two walls made entirely of glass. Talk about bringing the outside in! Finally, we have our Large Studio and our Corner Studio. These units are very similar to the basic studio in concept, but are very different in floor plan. They both have island kitchens and even more spacious living spaces.

Availability

The Warehouse and The Factory are Equal Housing Opportunity providers. All apartment homes are leased on a first come, first served basis. Availability of our apartments coincide with the school semesters and our standard lease terms are for 1 year. Due to our location to campus and our outstanding reputation for excellent customer service, demand is high. Due to this, we have a preleasing program that allows individuals interested in living at The Warehouse and The Factory to go through the paperwork process and be placed on a waiting list for the following (school) year. This will ensure the best chance for getting the desired floor plan. For more information on our pre-leasing program, please contact us at Warehouse or Factory apartments. If you are unable to pre-lease early with us, don’t despair, we generally have apartment units available through the summer. Please note, however, that the selection is limited.
