How many floor plans do these college station apartments have?
We have four basic floor plans in the Warehouse.

The S plan is a 500 sq. foot studio apartment with one bathroom.

The A plan is a 920 sq. foot 2 bedroom one bath.

The C plan is a 1325 sq. foot 3 bedroom 2 bath.

The B plan is a 1420 sq. foot 4 bedroom 2 bath.

At The Factory at Northgate, we have four basic floor plans

We have a 472 sq. foot studio with 1 bath.

We have a 623 sq. foot 1 bedroom 1 bath

We have a 756 sq. foot 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath loft 

We have a 932 sq. foot 2 bedroom 2 bath

The Warehouse at Northgate and The Factory at Northgate also have penthouse apartments on the fourth floor.

The Loft is a two story, one bedroom, one and one-half bathroom apartment.  It boasts an open kitchen and living area with a view that spans the entirety of the two floors from floor to ceiling.

The Glass unit is a one bedroom, one bath apartment named after glass walls in the bedroom.

Finally, there is a special Large Studio with one bath that has an island kitchen and a very spacious living space. 

What are the living rooms like?
There are ceiling fans in every living room.  All of our College Station apartments have stained concrete floors that rival finished stonework.  Each unit also has an interior brick wall and an accent wall painted in the color of your choice.  Each ceiling is either 9 or 10 feet high depending on your floor plan. 

Living rooms have exposed ducts and pipes throughout and oversized windows shaded with custom blinds.  Some units even have balconies 

What are the Kitchens like?
There is custom cabinetry in every kitchen, regardless of its size.  Each has a black refrigerator with icemaker.  There is also a black dishwasher, a full-sized stove and microwave oven.    

What are the bathrooms like?
You have lots of wide counter space.  There is also plenty of cabinet storage space.

What kinds of bedrooms do these college station apartments have?
Each bedroom, no matter what floor plan you choose, can accommodate full-sized furniture.  All closets are very large, some have walk-in closets.  There is a full bath is in every bedroom no matter what size apartment you live in.

What other amenities do you have?
Every apartment has high-speed Internet access.  We also provide extra-large capacity, stackable, washer and dryer in every apartment.

How far are these College Station apartments from Texas A&M?
The University is located only 2 ½ blocks from the Factory at Northgate.  The Warehouse at Northgate is only two blocks away.  The Northgate District where these properties are located is full of restaurants that make college life enjoyable and a trip to campus only a few footsteps away.

The Warehouse apartments in College Station are intended to exceed all expectations in terms of living space, interior and exterior architecture, room size, and amenities.  Several things make the Warehouse Apartments in College Station remarkably unique in these respects.

All units, for example, have exposed pipes and ducts that stretch across massive ceilings.  The concrete floors are stained to give them a polish like that of finished stone.  Exposed brick walls and brick exteriors establish this building with distinctive, historical period 19th Century architecture common during the time of the Industrial Revolution.

How many floor plans do you have at The Warehouse at College Station?

We have four floor plans.  Each floor plan has been designed to create different living arrangements for different types of individuals and different numbers of people.  Each room has a personalized wall painted in the color of your choosing, and window space is more than enough to provide superb views of Texas A&M and College Station proper.

What is the parking lot like?

The parking lot is located to one side of the building.  It is gated, and it is protected by an electronic card-security access system.  You can reserve a space here for a fee.  Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis, so act quickly when you move in and ask for the space that you want.

We also have additional garage space that is located at the city-owned Northgate Parking Garage that is across the street from The Warehouse.  You can also pay a fee to use one of these spaces if you choose to.

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes. All residents at The Warehouse may use the private swimming pool any time during the day or night.  This pool has a sun deck and is located in a secluded spot.   It is also protected by a gate.   

What can I expect in way of options?

The Warehouse apartments give you all kinds of amenities.  Rooms and closets feature metro shelving.  All fixtures are finely polished.  Cabinetry is custom-designed and installed, and counter space is more than enough for cooking and serving food.  Kitchen appliances and washers and dryers are also provided, so all of your daily life needs are anticipated and right at your fingertips.
