Disclaimers Regarding Accent Wall Colors:

1.) Please do not rely on the colors you see on your computer screen to exactly represent the accent wall colors. Though they have been selected from the Sherwin Williams website, variations in monitor displays may cause the color to be slightly different on screen than in actuality. For exact color matching - please visit your local Sherwin Williams store and request a paint chip for the color in which you are interested. You may also stop by our office to see each color painted on an 8x10 canvas.

2.) Please discuss your color choices with any and all roommates on the lease. Only one choice can be made per apartment. We only require one roommate to inform us of the color choice made and will not change the paint color once the wall has been painted.

3.) Color choices must be made at least 30 days prior to the
beginning of the lease (or within 3 days of application if within 30
days of the beginning date of the lease). Color choices made after
this deadline could cause forfeiture of having the wall painted an
accent color.
