Application Packet:

• Choose Fac Apartments App Packet (PDF) if we have assigned the apartment number for the apartment type you are applying for.
• Choose Fac Pre-leasing App Packet (PDF) if we have not assigned the apartment number for the apartment type you are applying for.

Guarantor (Additional Information) Packet: Fac Guarantor Packet (PDF)

Note: The Factory at Northgate uses the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) Apartment Lease Contract. Please see the following link for a sample copy of this contract here.
