Pricing.

An application deposit/security deposit equal to $200.00 per bedroom will be required per apartment. A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 must accompany each individual application.

Subletting may be allowed for a fee with permission from management.

For a fee, we offer on-site parking and additional parking across the street in the city-owned Northgate Parking Garage.

* We offer a roommate matching service and will lease single bedrooms in our 4 bedroom units on a “per person” basis to our student residents. Pricing starts at $525.00.

Generally, only one application is accepted per bedroom. For apartments not leasing on a “per person” basis, we will allow one additional application per apartment for an additional monthly fee. No more than 2 people are allowed in any one bedroom.
