1.) Early Payment Discounts can not be applied to payments made online! Early Payment Discounts are only applied to the account when rent payments are made PRIOR to the first by check or money order only.
2.) Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is late after the 5th of each month. Late fees accrue on the account at a rate of $35 on the 6th and $10 each day thereafter up to a total of $175.
